Delivery & Returns

If you have any problems with your purchase please let us know so we can try to resolve them.
We only deliver to addresses in the UK.
All orders are sent out by 2nd Class Royal Mail unless you select the 1st Class Royal Mail option at the time of purchase and pay the higher postage cost. Postage is free of charge for orders of £20.00 or more. We also deliver free of charge to customers who live close to the hive, in post codes B13, B14, B29 or B30. We aim to ship within 2-3 days but during busy periods including Christmas we aim to ship within 5-7 days.
We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, however occasionally this might not be possible. In these instances we will contact you and indicate how long it will take to supply your order or remove the product from your order and provide a refund.
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of purchase or if it arrived in a damaged condition, please let us know. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name and order number. We will arrange for a replacement product to be delivered free of charge or issue you a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Let It Bee products please contact us immediately at email@example.com and include your name and order number. We will either replace the item(s) or refund the full cost including the postage. However, we cannot offer a refund on returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for paying the postage costs to return the item(s) to us.
Please note that unless a product is damaged, we can only offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are returned unopened, unused and in a saleable condition.
Please ensure the goods you are returning to us are well packaged as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return. We recommend that you get a certificate of posting from Royal Mail when you post the item back to us as proof of postage.
You are entitled to cancel your order any time from when you place your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days. To cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The right to cancel does not apply to certain types of products, including any goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons which are unsealed. All returned products must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 working days of receiving the goods back or of a cancellation.
