These blocks are made from 100% pure beeswax from local beekeepers. The wax has been cleaned and is ready to use. Beeswax can be used for a wide range of craft and DIY projects including homemade balms, soap, wood polish, candle making, waterproofing, and making or refreshing your beeswax food wraps.
Blocks weigh approximately 30g (oblong) or 35g – 40g (round).
Our beeswax blocks are made from 100% pure beeswax. Young honeybees produce wax from glands on their abdomen and build hexagonal cells to store honey and to rear their brood. It is very versatile and can be transformed into a wide variety of products. Just a few of the ways it can be used include:
- homemade hand, lip and beard balms
- candle making
- leather and woodwork
- polish and waterproofing
- making reusable beeswax food wraps or for refreshing older wraps
Block weights vary slightly but will not weigh less than 30g (oblong block) and 35g (round block).
